Presently, our client list includes Ashok Leyland, Eicher Motors Ltd, Swaraj Mazda,Fiat India, JCB excavators etc amongst the automotive clients.

The product list includes back foamed dashboards, gear knobs, steering wheels, arm rests and grab handles. This is highlighted in our company brochure.

We are one of the few companies in India to mould Integral Skinned Foam products, which conform to European and American norms on environmental emission relating to blowing agents used in manufacture of such products. Today we produce HCFC free foams, which is a requirement for export to developed countries.

We export dashboards and arm rests to the US for the auto restoration markets. Our manufacturing capacity is of 2 Million parts produced in 2 facilities in Noida near Delhi totaling around 50,000 sq feet of production area. We have 6 Polyurethane moulding machines.

Our furniture arm rest manufacturing facility produces 6000 arms per day. All tools and inserts are manufactured in house. With fast turn around times for new products, we are able to offer new parts in 2-3 weeks.

Our customers in the office chair business include Godrej, Eurotech and Featherlite amongst many others.

• Seat systems to State Transports for their Bus seating requirements.
